Downstairs King
Situated immediately on your right after entering through front door this ground floor, road side facing room with king sized bed has copper rail for hanging clothes as well as a chest of drawers. This room has an ensuite wet room with toilet, sink and walk in shower (hand held and overhead showerhead) fitted with options for low or full lighting.
Double Bunk Room
This downstairs bedroom accessed through the kitchen-dinner-untility is ideal for kids or sharing with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on top and large window looking out to the gravelled parking area to the side of the house. This room has a wall mounted TV with Sky Tv, all other streaming apps and chest of drawers. This room does not have a en suite but is situated next to a small downstairs w/c with toilet and sink.
Upstairs Double
This bedroom is on your right at the top of the stairs and is fitted out with Cooper hanging rail, tall boy drawers and a double bed. The window from the bedroom looks out over the country road and stream edging the garden which can be heard from the room on a still day. Upstairs King
This bedroom is on your left at the top of the stairs and is the largest bedroom in the house with plenty of space for travel cot if required. This bedrooms window also looks out over the country road and stream edging the garden, which can be heard from the room on a still day. This room has chest of drawers, full length mirror with hanging space and a king size bed. The en suite wet room contains a walk in shower, mirror with inbuilt steam free technology when light activated, sink and toilet.
